We have two locations and pride ourselves in providing personalized attention to each patient. In most cases patients will be seen by the same physical therapist each visit and will always receive hands on treatment.

Advance Physical Therapy & Wellness offers a highly motivating and positive atmosphere in rehabilitation and wellness. Tara Schwartz, MPT and Kirsten Snellenburg, DPT use state of the art therapeutic approaches to healing ones' body and restoring function with strong emphasis on patient education. Treatment is personalized for each client, as there are a multitude of diagnoses with varying acuity levels, with a goal of relieving pain, improving motion and restoring function.
